OEM Process

The manufacturing of many CCE's OEM service is split between our overseas and domestic partners. Processes such as raw material and special accessories are supplied abroad, while forging blank, die-casting, finish machining, surface treatment, assembly, and inspection are performed domestically. This allows us to maintain excellent quality control while reducing costs through low overhead. 

Phase 1: Process Design

Your Appliance Manufacturing project begins with a consultation with one of our expert vertical OEM Account Teams, the first of many total product development steps we take to give each client a customized solution. Throughout the entire OEM process we support your product to ensure brand identity and maximum product continuity, allowing your company to focus on your core competencies.

 

OEM Design and Consultation

Every project begins with an OEM consultation. Here, you tell us the desired form factor, performance specifications, life cycle, shipping destinations, and compliance requirements. The CCE OEM team will partner with you to design and engineer a customized platform to meet all your needs.

 


Prototyping

After you approve the hardware proposal and specifications,CCE will begin prototyping the parts to your exact specifications. Once the parts' configurations have been thoroughly testedand approved, CCE places the Bill of Materials into revision control and creates step-by-step manufacturing process instructions.

Manufacturing and Revision Control

CCE redefines Built to Order Manufacturing, with its exclusive Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) and ERP system to manage all aspects of Production Manufacturing and Inventory control. Customers gain build consistency, revision control, and proper material from CCE to ensure a consistent system build every time. From working instruction and machine settings to standard inspection procedure, CCE ensures that all systems are built to the highest manufacturing standards and procedures.

Quality Control

CCE continually analyzes quality data to focus on improvement on all aspects of the manufacturing process from material used to manufacturing procedures. All systems go through manufacturing yield analysis where incoming quality control, machine setup, in process quality control, and final QA data are constantly reviewed by our QA team. At CCE we ensure the highest quality in custom manufacturing.

Full Volume manufacturing

CCE has two facilities in Taiwan & China. CCE headquarter facilities in Taiwan are over 1,800 square feet and have manufacturing capacities of multiple thousands of machined parts every month. Whether your volume is 10 parts a month or 10,000 parts, CCE can meet your needs and ensure the highest ISO 9001 manufacturing standards.

 

Phase 3: Logistic

CCE has two machining locations in Taiwan and China, allowing you the flexibility to produce your unique components or consignment items at any one of our machining locations. CCE's ERP system provides the tracking service for your consignment items so you can let us know what to ship and where.

CCE has global shipping capabilities and has extensive experience with shipping systems around the Taiwan & China. CCE can also manage international customs requirements such as commercial invoices and handle the shipper / receiver duties and taxes distinctions.
